John & Yolanda Nash are both certified Bikram Yoga instructors who own a yoga studio in Rockville Centre, Long Island, NY. They both opened up Bikram Yoga RVC on August 2003 and their love and passion for yoga created a successful studio. During their travels to Las Vegas in 2005, they got to experience for the first time "An Oxygen Bar". They were told how it helps with jet lag, hangovers, headaches, migraines, energy and at first were both skeptical about it. They tried it and felt a big difference in their energy level after. During their weekend in Vegas, John & Yolanda tried it every single day and motivated to add it to their yoga studio. John researched for 1 year many different companies and traveled out to another oxygen bar 40 minutes away to make sure he really felt the results and that the Vegas experience wasn't just mind over matter. From John & Yolanda's experience, when John felt sluggish, after doing the oxygen, he felt more awake. Yolanda's experience was like "equivalent to a power nap".
